While E & V Candle Co. does not offer cancellations or refunds, we will more than gladly offer exchanges to broken or defective items.
Please contact us here within 3- 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange.
Damaged (broken) PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS
Please send us a message as soon as you can with your order number & a picture of the damaged product.
Defective PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS
If your item is defective, please send us a brief description of why the item is not working properly. Once you are approved for an exchange, please send your item to the address provided. You are responsible for shipping costs until your item is received & inspected. Once we receive & inspect it, you will be notified & a refund will be issued for your shipping costs within 5 business days & your new item will be sent out.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for exchanges.
All items are thoroughly examined before being shipped.
